As fresh flowers are perishable, we are unable to deliver to certain remote islands and regions where delivery times may affect product quality. The areas to which we cannot deliver are listed below.

Seasonal delivery notes
- In summer (late July to early September), we may restrict delivery of stand flowers and some arrangements to certain areas to maintain quality.
- In winter (early December to late March), we may restrict delivery to certain areas for all products due to the risk of freezing.
- Delivery may be restricted in heavy snowfall areas (Tohoku / Sea of Japan side) or when temperatures are below freezing.

Delivery of large floral arrangements such as congratulatory stand flowers, orchids, funeral flowers, and event decorations is available only within nearby areas.
To ensure the freshest quality, orchids are ordered after we receive your request. As preparation may take some time, we recommend placing your order in advance.
Your order will be delivered by Yamato Transport.
Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 5 days after they are received, excluding regular closing days.
