If a user’s personal information held by the Company is incorrect, the user may request that the Company correct, add, or delete the personal information (hereinafter referred to as “correction, etc.”) in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company.

• If the Company determines that it is necessary to respond to a request from a user as described in the preceding paragraph, the Company shall make the correction, etc. to the relevant personal information without delay.
• When the Company has made a correction, etc. based on the preceding paragraph, or has decided not to make such correction, etc., the Company shall notify the user without delay.

Article 8. Suspension of Use of Personal Information

• If the Company is requested by an individual to suspend the use of or delete personal information on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or that it was obtained by improper means (hereinafter referred to as “suspension of use, etc.”), the Company shall conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
• If, based on the results of the investigation described in the preceding paragraph, the Company determines that it is necessary to respond to the request, the Company shall suspend the use of, etc. the relevant personal information without delay.
• When the Company has suspended the use of, etc. personal information based on the preceding paragraph, or has decided not to suspend the use of, etc., the Company shall notify the user without delay.
• Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if suspension of use, etc. requires a large amount of expense or is otherwise difficult to carry out, and alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of the user can be taken, the Company shall take such alternative measures.

Article 9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

• The contents of this Policy may be changed without notifying users, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations or this Policy.
• Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
